Carlmont’s JV volleyball team went 5-0 to win the 32-team Milpitas Spikefest tournament Saturday at Milpitas and Independence High Schools. Featuring almost all the top teams in CCS, plus a few strong out-of-section teams, it is probably the toughest, and deepest, JV tournament of the year.
