The Carlmont Scots boys lacrosse team ended its season with a loss in the semi-finals of the SCVAL playoffs to top-seeded Palo Alto by a score of 4-17, with the Vikings showing how they earned the No. 1 seed. While the Scots played most of the game on defense, they were led on offense by senior Harris Branch with two goals, with assists from freshman Gino Bonetti and senior Jason del Cardayre. Junior Ralph Holmes had one goal on an assist from sophomore Alex English. Senior del Cardayre added an unassisted goal. In the end, the Scots completed its best season in five years, including winning its first playoff game to make it to the semi-finals tonight.
